A note from the publisher..............
I sincerely apologize for the delay in distributing the new issue of The Menu Book and www.nwamenubook.com. I would like to thank the many understanding, supportive, and compassionate customers that I have already spoken with. I am careful who I recommend to my readers, and in times like these it has been a blessing to me as a business owner with medical problems.
I had part of a kidney removed due to cancer in March. (I still have 1 and 2/3 which is more than enough!) The cancer is 100% gone now, and I am finally feeling better both physically and emotionally.
I anticipated being in the hospital for 2 days and out of work for 2 weeks. It was not that easy. I was in the hospital 7 days, lost feeling in my back and hip for a while, and was in immense pain due to a lengthy surgery (positioning). There were many complications including severe depression on my part. I am almost back to my normal self, and distributing the books will make me very happy, it is the most fun part of my job!
The Menu Book is just waiting on Binders at this point. However, if any advertisers no longer wants or needs their ad, I will be happy to refund your money and pull your ad and void any contracts. If you are unhappy, but would still like your ad, please call me to see what I can do to make things right. I feel terrible about the delay in your advertising, I am doing a special free extra to help your business to make up for delays.
If you have signed a long term agreement, and you are not satisfied, the agreement can be cancelled, and we can reevaluate your terms to your satisfaction, and write a new agreement if desired. Payment terms will automatically be adjusted out. Please do not pay payments until invoiced as dates will be adjusted. It will take about 1.5 months minimum to distribute the Rogers/Bentonville edition.
The Fayetteville/Springdale Edition will not be distributed until October/November of this year.
